What we collect
When you take the free AI audit: your answers, what you type in the form (first name, email, company and team size; website, phone and a note if you add them), your choices on the form, and how you reached us (the printed piece or the site you came from). Before your answers are sent, a copy is kept on your phone; it is removed as soon as they arrive. We count visits and taps anonymously, without cookies.
Why
To show your report, and to contact you about the free next step we suggest. We send you tips and offers by email only if you tick that box.
Who sees it
The SAIL Studio team. Your information is stored with our hosting provider (Vercel). Our team may also receive it by email (through our email provider) or as a short notice in our private team chat, and enter it in our sales system. We never sell or rent it.
How long we keep it
We review and delete it within 24 months, or sooner if you ask us to.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any email from us and we stop. To see, correct or delete your information, write to info@sail-studio.com. We answer within 30 days.
